The room i got was very clean and cozy, me and my daughter had a very nice stay, we felt very safe and taken cared of by the owners! And the location is just perfectly set in the old port, so i could easily go out at night and not worry about transport! ❤️

I can't add the videos I took BUT my bf booked a suite for this past weekend through Expedia as it had good reviews THEN I saw all these negative reviews on Google and got really worried but I was worried for nothing. Lobby is kinda sus but staff answered the phone no problem when we were confused about check in an even texted me all the info I'd need. Room is small but clean, TV and outlet worked an the water was even too hot at some points, also no issue with the room being too cold like in some of the other reviews. The pillows are actual thick heavy pillows not those thin sad excuses you usually get at a hotel. We each had a towel and there was one in the bathroom. No hairdryer thou so bring your own if you need it. Parking sucks it's all residential so we parked in a lot that was 50 a night by the ferris wheel maybe a 7min walk. Location is great walking distance from old montreal, the port and Chinatown. Would Def stay here again( there's also a totoro themed hotel right across the street if you're a studio gibli fan lol)

Located conveniently in the downtown. Both reviews are true bad and the good. I booked through Airbnb, on airbnb they have private washroom suites, and was allotted room number 109 beautiful space with all the amenities working perfectly, but if you book through expedia then they have pods. In which you have bunker bed and shared shower. So just make sure you book through airbnb.
